
3D Scanning.
We deploy terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) to establish a precise digital baseline for engineering and construction. Our reality capture process converts physical site conditions into high-fidelity point clouds for spatial coordination, fabrication detailing, and structural verification. By validating as-built geometry against design intent, we mitigate fit-up risks in complex retrofits and provide objective analysis of construction tolerances, deflection, and member alignment.

Point Cloud Cleaning: Segmentation and noise removal to isolate structural elements from transient site clutter.

Scan-to-BIM: Modeling of key geometry - slab edges, grids, beams, and columns - for Revit/Tekla integration.

2D Generation: Extraction of floor plans, sections, and elevation profiles directly from scan data.
CONSTRUCTION VERIFICATION QA/QC

Deviation Analysis: Heat map comparison of as-built conditions against design models or record drawings.

Slab Analysis: Floor Flatness (FF) and Levelness (FL) reporting, camber checks, and deflection mapping.

Site Verification: Validation of member plumbness, connection locations, and bolt patterns prior to fabrication.
