3D Scanning.
Capture.
We scan your asset and tie everything to survey control - accurate, georeferenced, and complete in a single mobilization.

Terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) provides high-definition capture of structural frames, slabs, façades, and MEP plant areas. Scan data is registered using cloud-to-cloud and target-based methods to maintain precision across complex geometry, including multi-level assets and stair cores. Where required, datasets are tied to project datums: local grids, UTM, or benchmarks, for georeferenced accuracy.
Process.
We clean the raw data, strip out the noise, and deliver registered point clouds ready for engineering and fabrication.

Point cloud segmentation isolates structural elements from transient site clutter - scaffolding, equipment, personnel. The cleaned dataset is registered into a unified coordinate system and used to extract 2D deliverables including floor plans, building sections, and elevation profiles directly from the scan data. No interpretation, no manual redrawing.
Verify.
We compare what exists to what was designed and document the differences.

Deviation analysis produces heat map comparisons of as-built conditions against design models or record drawings. Slab analysis covers floor flatness, levelness, camber checks, and deflection mapping. We validate member plumbness, connection locations, and bolt patterns prior to fabrication, and run clearance checks between existing structure and proposed fit-outs or mechanical and electrical routing. For forensic applications, scan-to-scan comparisons over time document movement, distortion, and settlement.
