Loading Multiple Scans

Our platform allows multiple laser scans of the same structure, captured at different points in time, to be loaded and overlaid within a single view. By aligning follow-up surveys directly against the original baseline, your team can visually and mathematically compare the state of the asset across any two epochs. This turns a static 3D model into a living record — one that shows not just what the structure looks like today, but how it has changed since the last time it was measured.

Rate of Change Tracking

We establish named monitoring points at critical locations on the structure - column bases, midspan beams, abutments - and the platform automatically computes the displacement rate at each point across successive scan epochs. The result is expressed in millimeters per month, giving your engineering and operations teams the quantitative basis to determine whether a structure is stable, slowly progressing, or accelerating toward a serviceability limit. This is the data that turns a reactive maintenance program into a predictive one.

Heatmap

When two scans are compared, the platform automatically generates a colour-coded overlay across the 3D model based on the magnitude of detected movement. Green indicates areas within acceptable tolerance. Yellow flags zones approaching threshold limits. Red highlights areas requiring immediate attention or intervention. This spatial representation allows anyone in the organization - from site managers to executive leadership - to see exactly where movement is occurring without interpreting raw survey data.

Exportable Reporting

All displacement data, heatmaps, and time-series tracking can be exported as standard CSV and Excel files for use in your existing asset management and engineering software. This ensures the structural data captured in our platform integrates cleanly with broader enterprise systems and provides the documented evidence required for insurance submissions, regulatory audits, legal compliance, and capital planning decisions.
