3D LASER SCANNING - CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT
Measure the building.
Not the drawings.
Original drawings are where change orders, rework and quantity fights start. We scan the building as it stands, lay out your work from the same data, and send a link your whole team can open without buying software.

Walk through a real scan. Right now.

WHAT IT SOLVES
Built for the arguments you keep losing.
Each one ends in something you can send: a dated scan, a signed quantity report, drawings or a model. Start with the problem that costs you the most.
UNIT PRICE CONTRACTS
Quantity Validation
Pre-demo and post-demo scans calculate exactly how much you removed - by length, area, or volume. Signed, dated, and ready to send alongside your invoice. The consultant accepts your numbers or argues with the math.
CONCRETE
Formwork & Slab QA
We scan the form before you pour and the slab right after. A heatmap on a tablet shows sag, low spots, and out-of-tolerance zones while you can still fix them - not after the cure when there is real cost.
SCOPE DISPUTES
Defend the Bid
A dated 3D record of conditions before demo starts. When the consultant says "that was always the scope," you have measurable evidence of what was visible at tender. Right now they have the evidence. With this, you do.
STRUCTURAL STEEL
Anchor Bolt & Embed Layout
Every bolt, embed, and column base staked from the structural drawings onto the actual deck - millimetre accurate, with a digital record of every point. Steel arrives, steel fits. The first time.
CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT
Layout from the same data.
Our robotic total station and scanner run on the same field software and share a coordinate system, so we stake from the model built on your scan.

Anchor bolts, embeds and column bases
Staked from the structural model or CAD, with a layout report and a digital record of every point's target, actual position and deviation.
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
Hangers, duct supports, conduit paths, and equipment pads staked from coordinated BIM, before trades commit to position.
Plumb, level, and align
Columns, frames, and walls checked for plumb and level during erection.
Movement monitoring
The same instrument tracks prism targets on a structure during lifts, repairs, and adjacent work.

HOW IT WORKS
From phone call to deliverable.
STEP 1
Tell us about the project
A 10-minute call or the form below. We confirm scope, access, and timing, and send a fixed quote. Same-week mobilization is available when the schedule needs it.
STEP 2
We scan, usually in a day
Single-level scans usually take one day on site, with minimal disruption to your crews. If the job includes layout, we come back to stake it once the model is built, in the same coordinates as the scan.
STEP 3
You get the records
A link to the full scan for your whole team, plus the reports, drawings or layout records the job calls for, on the date we commit to.

WHAT YOU GET
When it doesn't fit, you make one call.
Scan, model, engineering and layout come from one firm, so a mismatch between them is ours to fix, not yours to chase.
Engineers behind the scanner
Our professional engineers work from the scan we capture, so the firm that measured the building can design the temporary works, connections or repairs that go into it.
One link for your whole team
Your estimator, consultant, lawyer or adjuster opens the same link and measures from their desk, on a computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install, no seats to buy.
No handoffs between vendors
When scan, design and layout come from three vendors, errors live in the gaps between them. Here they come from the same people, working from the same data.
Records you can hand over
Every scan comes with a registration QC report of the accuracy achieved, a tamper-evident record of the data, and an E57 file any point cloud software can open.
Before you call.
