How long are you on site?

Most single-level scans are completed in one day. Projects that include layout typically add a second field day - scan and layout happen on the same coordinate system, so there's no return visit between them.

Do I need any software?

No. Your scan is delivered as a link that opens in any desktop browser. Your estimator, consultant, or lawyer opens the same link. If your team works in CAD or BIM, we also deliver standard formats (DWG, DXF, RVT, E57)

Within a scan station - millimeter level. As the number of stations build cumulative error can increase. Requirements are assessed on a project by project basis and controls put in place the bound the error to acceptable tolerances. Registration QC reports are produced for every project documenting the accuracy achieved on your site.

Geographically, where do you work?

All of Canada with standard mobilization across the GTA and surrounding regions. Remote sites are quoted individually. Rapid and emergency mobilization is available when the schedule demands it.

What happens after my viewer access period?

Your data is never deleted without notice. Extended hosting is available at a low monthly rate per project.

Our scanning and layout rates are set intentionally below GTA market averages. We price to earn repeat business, not to maximize the first invoice.

Complex / Custom deliverable projects are quoted to scope. Packages assume a standard single-level area and Ontario mobilization. Larger sites, multi-level structures, forensics & failure analysis, and recurring programs are quoted individually - usually within one business day. A 10% discount applies to scanning and layout on projects that include structural steel / welding services.
