How It Works.
Reality Capture via tTerrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) provides high-definition capture of structural frames, slabs, façades, and MEP plant areas. Scan data is registered using cloud-to-cloud and target-based methods to maintain precision across complex geometry, including multi-level assets and stair cores. Where required, datasets are tied to project datums: local grids, UTM, or benchmarks, for georeferenced accuracy.

CHALLENGING LAYOUTS
We stake anchor bolts, embeds, column elevations, and formwork marks directly from the engineer's drawing on the actual deck. Steel arrives, steel fits.
HERITAGE
Scan of irreplaceable architectural detail before work starts. Permanent record for permits, heritage filings, and replacement detailing.
MEP COORD. & LAYOUT
Pipe hangers, ducts, conduits, equipment pads, etc. pulled and staked from coordinated BIM. Trades install to the marks, not to each other's mistakes.
FORMWORK / CONCRETE
We scan the form before you pour and the slab right after. A heatmap on a tablet shows sag, low spots, and out-of-tolerance zones while you can still fix them.
EXISTING CONDITIONS
A dated 3D record of the building before any work starts. Used for permits, design coordination, and as the reference point for everything that follows.
INSURANCE EVENT
Rapid deployment scan after a vehicle impact, water event, or fire. Adjuster, engineer, and contractor all work from the same 3D record.
FLOOR FLATNESS / LEVELNESS
Deviation analysis covering floor flatness, levelness, camber checks, and deflection mapping in accordance with the relevant codes and requiements.
QUANTITY VALIDATION
Pre-demo and post-demo scans calculate exactly how much you removed by length, area, or volume. Send as a report alongside your invoice.
SLIP & FALL DEFENSE
A dated scan of the surface you handed back. When a claim comes your lawyer measures real conditions. One avoided claim pays for a decade of scans.
ANCHOR BOLT & EMBED LAYOUT
Every bolt, embed, and column base staked from the structural BIM. MM accurate. Steel arrives ready to install. The first time, every time.
QC / QA - PLUMB, LEVEL, ALIGN
